Lacto-fermented Green Beans

If you like spicy pickles, these lacto-fermented green beans are for you! They are crunchy and garlicky with an extra big punch of spiciness.  I never thought of pickling greenlacto-fermented-green-bean-ingredients_picklesinthegarden.com beans, but why not. Any vegetable is suitable for preserving.
